As Chairperson of the Committee on Education, Senator Borja has fought for safer, cleaner, and more accountable schools. Through oversight, legislation, and direct engagement with GDOE, he has pushed for better facilities, stronger maintenance, and a public education system that puts students first.
Supporting our Heroes
As an Army combat veteran, Senator Borja has stood up for Guam’s veterans by helping pass legislation to expand higher education benefits at UOG and GCC. He remains committed to ensuring veterans receive the support, opportunities, and benefits they earned.
